Roogi Games ("we", "us") is an independent game studio based in Istanbul, Türkiye. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data this website collects and what we do with it. Short version: very little, and never for sale.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when the page loads (Google's own privacy policy applies to that request).
To send you occasional news about our games — updates, demos, and launches. We use a double opt-in: you confirm your address before receiving anything. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. We never sell, rent, or share your address with third parties for their marketing.
These providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye and the EU; we use established providers that offer standard data-protection safeguards.
Under applicable data-protection law (including the EU GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK), you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to receive email. Subscriber addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Hosting logs are retained by our provider for their standard operational periods.
This site is a general-audience site about our games and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you believe a child has subscribed, contact us and we will delete the address.
Our site links to external platforms such as Steam, LinkedIn, and X. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Significant changes affecting subscribers will be mentioned in the newsletter.
